UP D.El.Ed 2025-27 Admission (2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, formerly BTC) is a merit-based teacher training program conducted by SCERT Uttar Pradesh through updeled.gov.in for ~2.33 lakh seats (10,600 Government DIETs + 2.23 lakh Private Colleges).
