| 2 | IndiGo signs financing pact with BOC Aviation for 10 Airbus A320neo aircraft | Singapore-based aircraft lessor BOC Aviation on August 23 entered into a finance lease transaction with low-cost Indian carrier IndiGo. The deal has been signed for 10 Airbus A320NEO aircraft. The newly leased aircraft for IndiGo are scheduled for delivery through 2023. These aircraft will be powered by CFM LEAP-1A engines. | 8 | India becomes first country to touchdown on Moon's south pole region | India achieved a historic milestone on Wednesday evening as the Lander Module (LM) of Chandrayaan-3, the Indian Space Research Organisation's (ISRO) third lunar mission, made a touchdown on the lunar surface. The LM comprising the lander (Vikram) and the rover (Pragyan), landed on Moon at around 6:04 pm. "We have achieved soft landing on moon.
